The apartment has its own separate entrance and parking for two cars at the front of the house. The glazed front door leads straight into the large and airy sitting/dining room equipped with double sofa bed TV + video (with English cartoon library). Divided from the dining area by a breakfast bar is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, four ring hob and small oven. A corridor leads to the shower-room with hand-basin, separate WC, large walk-in cupboard with washing machine, and to the two bedrooms. The twin bedded room has a very generous built-in wardrobe giving lots of useful storage space. This room also has glazed doors leading directly to the patio and the pool. All bed linen is provided. From the other side of the living room, directly opposite the front door, glazed sliding doors lead out on to the 200 sq metre patio with swimming pool, and large garden area beyond. The pool measures about 10 metres by 5 metres at its widest point and about 1.85m at its deepest point. As the owners of the property are at work all day, visitors have the pool all to themselves on weekdays, and share access with the owners only evenings and weekends. The only house which overlooks the property is always unoccupied in the summer months. There is a private screened area of patio with garden furniture and barbecue for dining al fresco. There is separate side access from the patio to the front of the house and the owners thoughtfully provide a stack of wood for the barbecue.

We would like to thank you for being so warm and generous with your time and for the wonderful villa, pool and garden that we enjoyed so much. The children loved the pool and the videos which enabled me and Julia to grab a couple of hours quiet time on an evening. The weather was fantastic and the region is not only accessible, beautiful and peaceful it is also filled with plenty of attractions and sights to keep both adults and children content.....We would recommend your accomodation to anyone who may be thinking of taking a holiday in the Languedoc region, without a doubt. The villa was comfortable, clean and well located for Narbonne and the
surrounding countryside. The pool was lovely and Michel and Kiki were
