It catches the sun from the morning till about 14:30.There is a door from the sitting room into a tiny cooking area suitable for preparing tea and coffee.

There are also a w.c. and a shower room with handbasin and shower off this sitting room.and a door leading into another sitting room of about 20m². This has a sofa, armchair and low tables.

From this room stairs lead up to a 'salon d'eté' which could double as a third bedroom.

From here a door leads into Bedroom 1 (20m²) which has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. there is a ttall window giving views over the village rooves and, in the distance, the countryside.

Some stairs from here lead up to the second bedroom which has a sloping cieling, tiled floor and twin beds. This room has a velux and a mansarded window with views over rooves and countryside. this room has a built in wardrobe. If preferred one or both beds can be moved down to the 'salon d'eté'.
