With doors leading from this patio into the kitchen, eating outside is easy. The kichen (25m²) is fully equipped and light and airy, with a dining area at one end and a laundry room (7m²) equipped with washing machine and dryer at the other. From the dining area there are doors out to the garden and the shady patio courtyard, also an opening into the sitting room.
